Why dawg ball camps?

What makes the Dawg Ball experience different and more worthwhile from any other camp is we limit our camps to only 12 participants. This is to ensure we can have significant one on one contact with each camper, making the teaching more individualized to each attendee. Most camps are open for 30+ attendees where there is essentially no individualized attention. In addition, we focus on natural human movement. We are not a "one size fits all" operation. We utilize drills that focus on the following: 1) Maintaining athleticism, 2) Landing on time and in a good position to hit, 3) Bat path and direction to increase adjustability, 4) Most importantly, the "brakes" of the swing to increase force into the baseball.

What also makes us unique is we provide a journal to each camper to help encourage a more impactful learning environment. We provide a lot of information, and we want the campers to retain as much as they can! The mental side of the game is important to us as well. We will have conversations with the campers about mindset, dealing with failure, life choices, and overall competitiveness (aka being a DAWG).

If you sign up for a Dawg Ball Camp, in addition to OUR camp experience, you will be gifted the following:

  1. A journal with pre-made visuals and pages, to be used during our camps to help with the retention of information
  2. Free invitations to Zoom conversations with MLB and MiLB special guests twice a month starting in November, ending in January. Here you can listen, learn, and ask any questions to special guests who are coaching or playing at the highest levels! Previous special guests include Colorado Rockies Top Prospects Charlie Condon (#2), Jared Thomas (#8), MLB All Star Hunter Goodman, MLB OFer Jordan Beck, Former Big League Manager and Current Bench Coach Clint Hurdle, Colorado Rockies Mental Skills Coordinator Colt Olson PhD, Colorado Rockies Big League Hitting Coach Nic Wilson, and one of the brightest hitting minds in the country Darin Everson.

*You need to be registered for a camp for free access to ALL these calls!*

*Zoom call dates and times are TBD, but when signing up for a camp, you will be notified well in advanced for when those calls will take place!*

We strive to make the Dawg Ball experience different than anything out there. Our experience isn't just limited to camp day, we want to keep our Dawg Ball community together which is why we are so excited to offer the MLB and MiLB special guest zoom calls! All you have to do is sign up to make this one of the most impactful winters of baseball development you've ever experienced!
